Do you offer any discounts on web pages?

We offer a 10% discount for paying for a Business Virtual Host Account one year in advance.

Can I prepay for a web account?

You can prepay for a year by check for any account. With a Business Virtual Host Account or VIP Virtual Host Account, if you prepay by check for a year for a you will recieve a ten percent discount on the base monthly rate.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Mail us a check made out for one of the following amounts:
    Econo Virtual Host $599.40
    Buiness Virtual Host $1079.46 (amount is minus the 10% discount)
    VIP Virtual Host $4319.46 (amount is minus the 10% discount)

    Make the check out to Dealer Support Services and include the name of your account on the check.

  2. Mail the check along with a note specifying that you're prepaying for an account and your account name to:

    Dealer Support Services
    203 Pine Street

Is there a per hit charge?

We charge by traffic not by hits. With a Business Virtual Host Account, the first 10 GB of traffic is included, after that you pay only 3.9¢ per additional MB of traffic.

Doesn't payment by credit card cost more than handling a check?

No. We process credit card billing with special software, as opposed to having somebody post payments to each account manually.

Can an Econo Virtual Host Account be paid for by check?

Yes, but only if you pay for one full year in advance: $299.40.

Because of a computer glitch my company is unable to issue checks for under $10,000. Would it be all right if my company instead of paying $99 for a Business Virtual Host Account, paid $10,000?

Yes.

If I get an Econo Virtual Host Account, will I have to pay an additional set-up fee if later I decide to upgrade to a Business Virtual Host Account?

There is no additonal set up fee for upgrading from any Virtual Host Account type to any other Virtual Host Account type.

Your account will be processed within 72 hours.

Would you accept my application from outside the united states?

Yes, absolutely!

Is this a month to month contract?

Yes.

Can my account name have a space in it?

No.

Will you bill my credit card monthly?

Yes.

Is there any way an account name can be more then eight characters?

No because many system utilities expect 8 characters or less.

What are your credit card billing terms?

The billing will be automatic. Before we bill you for the first time we will send out a notice on how to get your account billing status so that you will be able to review the charges. After that the billing will be automatic and no notice will be sent unless you exceed the free traffic and space allotments (and incur additional charges). If this occurs we will send you a notice to let you know before we bill you.

Is a P.O. a valid payment option?

No problem. We will be happy to take your P.O.

For how long will you guarantee the price of an account?

We have historically made it a point to not change rates for accounts currently on the server. When ever there is a price increase, it only applies to new accounts ordered after the increase went in to effect.
